Who we are

Sarveka Labs Sdn. Bhd. ("Sarveka Labs", "we") is a technology company in Malaysia. We run this website. You can reach us at hello@sarvekalabs.com.

What this website collects

This website has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts and images come from our own site, so visiting it doesn't contact any other company.

Like any website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and protect the site. We don't use these logs to identify you.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and what you write. We use it only to reply to you. It is kept in our company mailbox (Google Workspace) for as long as we need it to handle your message and keep our business records.

Our apps

OyenKu, Zenlyz and our other apps have their own privacy policies, linked from each app's website and store listing. This policy doesn't change them.

Sharing

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with the providers named above that run our website and mailbox for us, or when the law requires it.

Your rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it. Email hello@sarvekalabs.com and we'll reply within 21 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
